2008 Camp Scholarships Announced

The diocesan Board of Trustees has approved $5,000 in camp scholarship funds to be used within the diocese. Fifty, $100 camp scholarships have been established to kick off the 2008 camping season.

Scholarship application forms have been sent to all churches in the diocese. Check with your parish administrator. Or, go to the diocesan website and download the form (www.diocese-oregon.org. Go to right hand-navigation bar “Camp/Retreat Ministries”). Additionally, you can request a hard copy of the form from Beth Dieker, diocesan camping and retreat ministry coordinator, by calling 971-204-0124 or emailing her at: bethd@diocese-oregon.org.

Scholarship funds will be awarded on a first-come-first-served basis. Please keep in mind the “Early Bird” deadline for reduced camp costs is quickly approaching.
