Dear Convention Delegates,

According to our Canons the 2009 budget must be published 45 days in advance of convention. Due to timelines in our Communications Department that make it impossible to publish the next issue of The Oregon Episcopal Church News by this deadline, we are sending you a PFD file of the budget and narrative as well as placing it our web site, www.diocese-oregon.org

The Diocesan Council approved the budget on September 6, 2008 for presentation at convention. Please reference the web site or share copies of the budget with your congregation.
