“Spark of Joy” is the theme of the Province VIII Episcopal Church Women’s annual meeting set for October 12-14, 2007 in Burlingame, CA. The guest speaker will be the Rt. Rev. “Nedi” Rivera, suffragan bishop of the Diocese of Olympia. The goals of the convention will be education and vision casting, training, modeling, learning from each other and annual planning as well as a time for retreat and finding strength in relationships with others.
