• Parish Leadership training workshop slated for June 16 in Salem

The diocese is offering a workshop for parish and mission leadership led by Bishop Itty, Canon Lanny Collins (finance officer), and the Rev. Canon Jonathan Weldon (canon to the ordinary and deployment officer) on Saturday, June 16, 9:00am-1:00pm, at St. Timothy, Salem. The address is 3295 Ladd Avenue NE.
The registration fee is $15and includes lunch. Registration may be limited due to space: first-come, first-served. To register, contact Janice Lusk at 503-636-5613 or e-mail at janicel@diocese-oregon.org.
The last training was in Lincoln City, and based on feedback, the format and agenda have been adjusted to provide even more helpful information.
Who is invited? We welcome anyone in parish leadership—new and continuing vestry and BAC members, church treasurers, finance committee members, search committee members, discernment committee members, parish administrators, and clergy.
