Alpenfest (Wallowa Lake) $130/deluxe, $110/rustic

The Wallowa Lake Alpenfest weekend is put on by the local community as a gala event with great entertainment, local artists, and of course, the famous German Sausage! Come spend the weekend in fellowship with others at camp and enjoy the beautiful Wallowas in the fall.

Chief Joseph Days Family Camp (Wallowa Lake) Varied prices depending on lodging

Attend the Chief Joseph Days Rodeo and watch the Grand Parade in downtown Joseph. Expand your cultural awareness as you attend the Nez Perce Friendship Feast and Indian Dance contest. Enjoy down home hospitality, boating, swimming, horseback riding, fishing, the mountain tramway or just relaxing in the beauty of Wallowa County.

Creative Arts Family Camp (Wallowa Lake) Varied prices depending on lodging

Each day we will invite members of Wallowa County’s growing arts community to spend a few hours with us as we explore different art mediums. Bring your cameras, your instruments and your favorite art supplies as we experience the beauty of our surroundings and experience creative energy.

Hiking Hurricane Ridge, rafting on the Grande Ronde, mountain biking and riding the tram are a few of the adventures available. Or, if you prefer a more relaxing adventure you can luxuriate at the camp.

Bring the whole family and celebrate Fourth of July at the beach. Rediscover the simple pleasures of family, friends and the outdoors.

This weekend event is for people of all ages to enjoy time together before the start of the new school year.

Looking for a great mountain get-away on the 4th of July weekend? Head to Sawtooth for a relaxing time with your family. Fishing, swimming, fantastic food and wonderful fellowship make this an event to treasure.

Hallowed Ground (Wallowa Lake) Varied prices depending on lodging

Do you want to expand your cultural horizons and learn more about Oregon’s history through the stories of the Nez Perce? This camp brings together two cultures, united in one Spirit, to gather in worship, cultural understanding, and a study of past and present traditions in a family setting. The Wallowa Mountains are a sacred place rich in Nez Perce history. Other highlights include learning Native American crafts, and participating in a feather circle, salmon feast and drumming.

Kickin’ Back in the Wallowas I, II & III (Wallowa Lake) Varied prices depending on lodging

Do your own thing! Meals will be provided but the rest of the time is yours to do as you please. Come by yourself, bring a friend, bring the family and enjoy the many activities available in Wallowa County.

Shakespeare Camp (Latgawa) $220/Adult, $165/Youth, $115/Child

Attend Shakespeare plays while enjoying the beauty and comfort of Camp Latgawa. Each day a Shakespearean scholar will lead discussions to help you better understand how Shakespeare’s writings can enrich your spiritual life. Picnic dinners and van transportation are provided for each play night.

Way Out West Family Horse Camp (Wallowa Lake) $455/Adult, $305/Youth, $290/Child
