Vestry/BAC & Treasurers Workshops

10am – 2pm, March 11 & 18 and April 1, 2017

This Spring three workshops are being offered for congregational leaders such as vestry/BAC members, wardens, clergy and treasurers. There will be breakout sessions for each that will focus on resources of interest to each group. There will be discussions on roles and responsibilities for church governance, Parochial Report preparation, Audit program/procedures, and liability insurance questions, contact information for assistance and information on the many online and cost free resources.

Come receive Important Property and Liability Insurance Information
Big improvements are happening with all of our casualty insurance programs. Holly McAlpen from Church Insurance will be here to introduce you to the many changes and options available, from payment plans to tailoring your policy to meet your church’s needs.

The workshops will run from 10 to 2pm. We are providing lunch and beverages.

We are very excited about this opportunity to share information with our churches and their hard-working treasurers, finance people, wardens and BACs/vestries!

March 11, 10am-2pm, St. Luke, Grants Pass

March 18, 10am-2pm, St. Paul, Oregon City
