We are called by the Church and invited by our member campuses to serve as missionaries to the institutions of higher education within the Diocese of Oregon. Our campuses, like our state and society, can appear polarized and broken. We welcome diverse constituencies into our community of worship, study, fellowship, and outreach. We foster faith development, spiritual growth, and discipleship among students whose intellectual development is being stretched as never before in their young lives.
Our mission is to maintain communities of worship, study, and community outreach at each of our campuses: Portland State University, Oregon State University, Western Oregon University, University of Oregon, and Southern Oregon University. We carry on God’s mission of justice and reconciliation through Jesus Christ, respond to needs, and participate in the ongoing unfolding of God’s kingdom. Each campus has its own set of challenges and successes.
