| The diocesan Personnel Committee includes lay and ordained members. The committee was created by Diocesan Convention to ensure that the clergy of the diocese are compensated at least at the 50th percentile of dioceses in the Episcopal Church USA. This continues to be a significant element of the committee's work. Additionally, the committee has general oversight of the Operations Resource Manual and is often consulted by the bishop, Diocesan Council, the Board of Trustees, and other diocesan groups for personnel policy recommendations.
