Marie Bagwell is the Administrative Team’s secretary. She is a member of St. Michael & All Angels, Portland. She will be providing support services to Assisting Bishop Sandy Hampton and the other Team members, Arlene Ullman and the Very Rev. Lin Knight. Marie has a bachelor’s degree in history from Portland State University. She and her husband, Dan, live in northeast Portland. They have two grown sons. Before joining the diocesan staff, Marie ran an oral history firm, whose clients have included the Oregon Historical Society and Reed College. At St. Michael’s, she is helping with the congregation’s oral history project in anticipation of its centennial celebration in 2010. She enjoys cross-country skiing, walking, reading and “cooking from scratch.”
