Beth Dieker is the director of outdoor ministries for the diocese of Oregon. She works to provide a variety of camp and retreat programs that will be of interest to adults, families, children and youth. Our camping program is a partnership with the Oregon/Idaho Conference of the United Methodist Church and provides blended and specifically Episcopal camp and retreat programs. Beth’s responsibilities include development and administration of new events, marketing and publicity, community outreach to parishes and youth groups and recruitment and training of volunteers. She also is a member of the camp & retreat board of directors and the national Episcopal camp & conference center program committee. Beth has 15 years experience in human resource management and a combined nine years of experience in directing camp and retreat events for children and adults.

Beth is a native Oregonian and grew up in Tigard. She currently lives in SW Portland. She loves people, dogs, quilting and spending time with her three grown children.
