Director of Communications
Deirdre Steinberg
Deirdre is the Communications Director for the Diocese of Oregon. She is a former print and broadcast journalist with extensive experience in public relations in the non-profit and public sectors. She holds a Bachelor’s of Arts degree in Mass Communications from California State University at Hayward and a Master’s of Arts degree in Public Administration from Lewis and Clark College in Portland, Oregon. Deirdre’s responsibilities include strategic communications, editing and publishing the diocesan newspaper, Oregon Episcopal Church News, media relations, internal and external communications, diocesan publicity, and website content development.
