Regular registration is $30 for delegates and canonically-resident clergy, and $10 for alternates, visitors, and non-canonically resident clergy. September 30 is the deadline for registration. Late registration will be $50 for delegates and canonically-resident clergy. All registrations, including for the Convention Banquet, ECW Luncheon, and the Spouses and Partners of Clergy Breakfast, must be made by October 20.
There are a block of rooms set aside for October 26 & 27 at The Grand Hotel in Salem. The rates are $124 for single occupancy and $134 for double occupancy, and these prices are available until October 1 or until all the available rooms are reserved, whichever happens first.

Exhibitor Table Reservations
The 6-foot tables will be the standard 30” deep. Price for non-profit groups associated with the Diocese of Oregon is $35 per table and includes a table cloth, linen skirt and two chairs. Outside groups may reserve tables at the full price of $70. Electricity is available at no extra charge if requested in advance. Spaces are limited and will be granted as reservations are received.
