The Longest Night Service
December 21 @ 7:30 pm - 8:30 pm
In the example of Christ who carries our sorrows we invite you to share our Longest Night Eucharist on Wednesday, December 21st at 7:30 p.m. In this service, accompanied by extraordinary music, we hope to honor not only God’s presence in this season of darkness, but also the gift of tears bearing witness to human longing for healing and strength. Those experiencing loss often struggle in this season and culture, which inhibit expressions of lament and loneliness. St. Gabriel’s offers this space to come in the knowledge that whether we weep or rejoice we are loved and accepted by God. Please call (503)645-0744 for more information.
